DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

We as ARKEL ELECTRIC ELECTRONIC INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. (‘COMPANY’) aim at carrying out our disclosure requirements within Personal Data Protection Law hereby Clarification Text. In this context, the issues that we are responsible for informing you are as below;

  1. Identity of data supervisor and nominee if available

Data supervisor is Arkel Electric Electronic Industry and Trade INC which resides in Eyüp Sultan District, Şah Cihan Street. NO: 69/B Sancaktepe/İstanbul that is registered in İstanbul The Registry Of Commerce with the registration number 386628 .

  1. The purpose of what the personal data is processed

The types and categories of personal data such as your name and surname, electronic mail address, the company you work, user name, password, telephone number that was submitted to our company, is processed for downloading the instruction book from our website and files for updating, quick installation etc., providing our product and services to you, for contacting you concerning the relevant product and service if required, informing you about the services provided by the company, sending you a commercial e-mail if you accept and reserving in accordance with timeout period arising owing to the legislation.

  1. The purpose of what the personal data is transferred and to whom processed by the company

The types and categories of personal data such as your name and surname, electronic mail address, the company you work, user name, password, telephone number that was submitted to our company,will may be transferred to the business partners of the company and service providers in accordance with the purposes that was stated in the 2nd article.

  1. The procedure of personal data collection and its legal reason

Your personal data is acquired through website and electronic media. On condition that it is directly referring to draw up a contract or a fulfilment or if it is necessary to process the personal data belongs to contracting parties and if it is compulsory for establishment, usage or a protection of a right, it is collected with its legal reasons.

  1. Your right about your personal data under the law are as below:

(a)To learn whether your personal data is processed or not, (b)If your personal data is processed, to request for information regard to this, (c)To learn the purpose of your personal data processing and learn whether they are being used relevantly,(d)To know the tertius to whom your personal data is transferred both domestic and abroad,(e) To request for correction if your personal data was processed wrongly or faultily,(f) To request to delete or demolish your personal data if the required reasons for your personal data processing are removed,(g) To want tertius to be informed to whom your personal data is transferred about the processes that is done in compliance with the articles (d) and (e), (h) To object to the emergence of a conclusion that results against oneself thereby processed data is analysed by the way of automatic system exclusively, (J) To demand for recovering loss owing to personal data is processed illegally in case of suffering a loss.
