(‘Arkel/Company’), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, as the Company, we carry out our data processing activities in accordance with the regulations in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘Law / KVKK’).

1.Your Personal Data Processed and Purposes of Processing
Your name-surname, contact information, country of residence and information regarding the requests you have submitted to us may be processed by the Company for the purposes of responding to your requests and contacting you in this context, based on the reason of compliance with the law that it is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract.

2.Purposes of Transfer of Personal Data
If you contact us through the Contact Form, Arkel does not share your personal data with any third party, but only transmits it to our responsible personnel in order to resolve your request before Arkel.

3.Methods and Legal Grounds for Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data are collected and processed by automatic or partially automatic means in verbal, written or electronic media based on the legal reasons under the heading ‘Your Personal Data Processed and the Purposes of Processing’ and ‘Purposes of Transfer of Personal Data’ based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK as a result of your filling out the Contact Form on our website or transmitting your data to our Company physically or electronically by other methods.

4.Rights of the Data Subject Arising from Article 11 of the LPPD
As a data subject, you can submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to us via [email protected] . The Company will finalise the request as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
