ARKEL ARSIS, one of ARKEL’s latest innovations aimed at improving the efficiency of lift installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.
This SIL3 device provides absolute positioning and speed detection, eliminating the need for traditional components such as:
- Magnet switches
- Limit switches
- Slowdown monitoring devices (in case of reduced-stroke buffer)
- Mechanical overspeed governors
- Movable stops (in case of EN 81-21)
Designed in accordance with EN 81-20/21, ARKEL ARSIS features a spring-tensioned stainless steel coded tape and a compact, single-unit design (sensor + actuator), simplifying system architecture while providing a cost-effective solution.
Available in two versions, with or without ESG support, offering battery-powered operation for rescue purposes and ESG engagement protection in case of power failure.
