BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
As Arkel Elektrik Elektronik A.Ş, within the scope of TS EN ISO/IEC ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System, our objective in the activities of AC Motor Drives, Integrated Elevator Control Units, Monoblock Elevator Control Units, Elevator Cabin Automation Units, Automatic Elevator Doors and Control Cards, Elevator Control Panels, Revision Control Systems, Magnetic Switches, Cable Sizing, Crimping and Grouping is;
- To ensure life safety as the first priority in disasters and emergency situations,
- To designate the team that will operate the processes within the scope of business continuity management,
- To maintain business processes with minimum possible interruption in order to achieve strategic objectives,
- To conduct risk assessments of threats and vulnerabilities on critical processes, systems and assets, and to determine business impact analysis,
- To manage risks and developments that may cause reputational damage,
- To prevent or minimize incidents that may cause business continuity interruptions and their impacts,
- To evaluate the magnitude of disasters/crises/incidents with the fastest and most accurate actions and to ensure that necessary actions are taken promptly,
- To make necessary plans for the development of business continuity solutions and recovery of critical services within acceptable timeframes and levels,
- To embed Business Continuity Management System practices into Arkel culture and to increase employee awareness,
- To manage internal and external communication, including communication with media, and stakeholder relations,
- To conduct regular drills to ensure that business continuity plans operate effectively in emergencies,
- To continuously improve Business Continuity Management System practices.
